The fourth annual charitable festival “Thoughts Out Loud” was held on December 25th in Moscow. Every year it gathers several tens of participators – representatives of Moscow and other cities’ independent music scene. It is notable, that even new years preparations are not an obstacle for good deeds. When should the good deeds be done if not before New Years. All the proceeds and the collected things are being given away to help children.
