The house-boarding school in Sergiev-Posad for deaf-blind children

On December 11th, we made a trip to the the house-boarding school in Sergiev-Posad for deaf-blind children. It turned out to be very productive, even though everything didn’t go as originally planned.
Initially, we planned to hold “literature day” (which we will definitely organize in a different place, most likely in Voskresensk). We did not expect this activity to be hard for the kids of that age but we quickly came up with the ideas of sports games and other fun things.
Our meeting was divided in two parts. Before afternoon snack we played in the gym, and went outside later. We were well met, for which we are very thankful to the mentors and the administration. A lot of things have been told and explained, because those kids are not ordinary and each one of them needs a special treatment.
This wasn’t our last visit to the the house-boarding school in Sergiev-Posad for deaf-blind. They are always looking forward to see us.
